We will visit Giuseppe at his Pecorino Cheese Farm in the heart of the Val D’Orcia, a landscape so unique it has been selected as a UNESCO World Heritage site!
Giuseppe will tell us how he makes pecorino cheese (pecorino, from the Italian “pecora” meaning sheep), a local specialty produced in this area. We will virtually tour his laboratory where he will show us different aging processes for his pecorino: herb flavoured, aged in hay, walnut leaves, or grape skins.
If you end up craving pecorino cheese, Giuseppe can ship it directly to your homes!
